Introduction

Operation Process

1. Inspection and Preparation

3. Adding Water

   • Control Water Volume: Control the amount of water added according to the concrete's proportion requirements. The mixer truck is usually equipped with an automatic water addition system that can precisely control the water volume.
   • Start the Water Addition Device: Operate the water addition device to add an appropriate amount of water to the mixing drum.

4. Mixing

   • Set Mixing Time: Set the mixing time according to the type and proportion of the concrete. Generally, the mixing time is 2-5 minutes.
   • Start the Mixing Drum: Start the mixing drum for mixing, ensuring all materials are evenly mixed.

5. Transportation

   • Drive to the Construction Site: After mixing, drive the mixer truck to the construction site. Maintain a smooth drive and avoid sudden braking and sharp turns.

6. Unloading

   • Arrive at the Construction Site: Drive the mixer truck to the area where the concrete needs to be poured.
   • Operate the Unloading Device: Operate the unloading device through the hydraulic system to discharge the concrete from the mixing drum. Adjust the unloading speed and angle as needed to ensure the concrete is evenly distributed in the construction area.

7. Cleaning

   • Clean the Mixing Drum: Clean the mixing drum promptly after unloading to prevent concrete from solidifying inside the drum, affecting the next use.
   • Clean the Equipment: Also, clean the loading device and other related components to keep the equipment tidy.
